      • Encoded and checked COVID-19 vaccination records in Google Sheets for Central Luzon.
      • Cleaned incomplete, duplicate, and mismatched entries, and sent them back to the health unit before reporting.
      • Prepared vaccination reports from the checked file, held to the data rules we were given.
      • Kept the working files organized so the next reporting cycle started from the corrected records.

      • Kept biomedical equipment records, correspondence, and the paperwork the department ran on.
      • Tracked maintenance documentation so a device file showed what was due and what had already been done.
      • Prepared monthly reports and transmittals and checked them against the file before they went out.
      • Retrieved records for other departments when a device status or a document was unclear.

      Interviewed households for the 2020 Census and checked the demographic form before it was submitted.
